Norman Walmsley retires

Mr Norman Walmsley is standing down from the league.

The Chairman announced this at the League meeting this evening, and made the following comments about Norman who has been involved in grassroots football for many decades.

‘A fantastic hard working and dependable vice chairman.

From all in grassroots football – Thank you so much’

Norman has been appointed a life vice president of the league.

The Leagues are actively looking for people to volunteer and train as Respect officials which will include looking after central venues on weekends and going out and about watching games ensuring the respect campaign is adhered too ,
