The Pin Point Recruitment Junior Football League is delighted to give notice of the next Annual Pin Point Recruitment North of England Football Tournament.

It is open to all teams. (You do not have to play in the PPRJFL)

The age groups listed are for the 2017/ 2018 season.

Teams of all standards are welcome.

All application forms should be completed, signed and sent with full payment to:

Car Parking – only £2.00 including a programme (whilst stocks last), If they run out the charge will still apply.

(Sorry no exceptions or reductions).

Please drive slowly around the site as there will be many Children in the area.


Cramlington venue-

There is one car park entrance / exit.

Inside the site there are various individual car parking areas.

Stewards will be on hand to direct you to the next available parking space.

Limited disabled parking will be available on the site, please ask a Tournament Steward who will be pleased to direct you.

If you are merely dropping someone off please make this known to a Steward at your earliest opportunity, usually you will be directed around the roundabout at the entrance to the car parks and then to a lay by.

  • Please do not park on the slip road leading to the venue or the estate roads as this causes concerns to others and has in the past attracted Police attention *



It would be appreciated if people visiting our Tournament do not bring dogs with them. (medical assistance dogs are permitted).


Team registrations from 8.30 am with the first KO being at 9.30am.(Prompt).** TBC **



Please be aware that fixtures often change at Junior football tournaments due to a variety of reasons, Team Managers will be aware of changes. Parents please keep in regular contact with your own team manager, and bear this in mind if you and / or players leave the site.


Please dispose of litter in the bins provided.


Good housekeeping

There is no smoking on the site and it will be alcohol free during the Tournament.

Please remember that this is ‘Junior football’ !!!!.

Any complaints should be made in the first instance to the relevant team manager and if thought appropriate by the manager these should discussed by them with the Tournament organiser.

What will be available on site 

Food and drink will be available at the venue.

Toilets are located inside the main building .* Clubs / Parents please remind Children that they should not use anywhere else for these purposes*

Are Gazebos allowed ?

Yes. but not within the confines of the all weather facilities.

But sorry No BBQ’s

Supporters  one side of the pitch and Managers with players on the other side of the pitch.


 Team Managers & Match officials are asked to report to the Fixture Secretary upon arrival.

He will be based in a main building – Signs directing Managers to his location will be displayed.

Please attend alone rather than being accompanied by players etc

Upon registration you will be advised where the results /fixtures will be posted.

Pitches will be numbered with plans of the site being displayed.


Tournament Rules  ** TBC**

1) All groups will be split into a cup & plate knock out.

2)Players receiving 2 yellow cards or a straight red card will appear before a Tournament committee for sanction.

3)The Tournament organiser will decide upon all complaints.

4)Referees decision is final.

5) Three match officials will officiate on 11 v 11 matches.

6)U7 & U8 is for FUN – Please remember that.

7) Only two Club officials are permitted on pitch side during matches.

Parents are asked to speak to the team managers regarding the format of the Tournament as they will have full information.
